Lena's Maternity Session| Edwards CA Maternity Photography

I have been dreaming about doing a photo session with a horse and then Lena comes along and makes my dream come true. Lena is the owner of three beautiful horses and she is also a professional dog groomer! She grooms my fur babies and decided to use my photography services for her maternity photo session. So here is a little peek into her session.

We shot Lena's photo session at the horse stables(where she keeps her horses) on the military base that we both live on. Horses are amazing animals, this one in particular(named Benelli) reminded me of my puppy. She's big, lovable, and silly! You can tell just from this one image above that Lena loves her horses.

Lena's son is so adorable. He loved talking to me about the horses. He even helped his mommy guide one of the horses to the location of our session. I have a feeling that he is going to be a great big brother.

If you couldn't tell from all of the blue in the photos, They are having another beautiful boy!! Do you see that little black horse on the right? He was using the pole to scratch his back for like five whole minutes(lol). I really got a kick out of working with them.

Now I personally have no training with horses, and have never even ridden one. I just think that they are gorgeous animals that deserve so much love and attention. This was a beautiful and loving family to work with and I wish nothing but the best for them now and forever. Thank you Lena for letting me photograph you, your family, and your horses.
